I love what I do and deliver a 3-5 course “FEAST ON THE BEACH” of 5 star quality cuisine…taking you through a culinary journey of the cultures and bounty of fresh delights the Island's have to offer. Unlike other caterers, I prepare the meal fresh before you...not packaged meals taken and served at the beach. I choose ingredients fresh for your individual event and combine flavors from Hawaii, the Philippines, Thailand, French Polynesia, Samoa, Tonga, Japan, and the vast Pacific Rim. Special diets catered to. My vast menu is on my site and I veer away from the usual Chicken Piccata or Primavera that most caterers offer. Choose from Lavender/herb crusted pork loin over ginger infused purple Molokai potato... to the very popular coconut steamed Spiny Lobster with caramelized Lychee fruit and butter drizzle w/ polmygranite Thai Chili reduction…Asian seared Ono w/ Lobster Marsala or a tropical fruit salsa…I could go on. Alcoholic beverages are not provided due to Liquor Commission Laws, but all non alcoholic beverages are supplied. Feel free to bring a wine or champagne to your liking...I will gladly supply stem ware.

Most caterers give a price for the food individually...this usually does not include things such as linens, tables, chairs, flat ware, glasses, Tikitorches, table settings, etc...I could go on. Then a 18-22% fee plus the catering fee and taxes. So suddenly a per item price total blows up without the guests knowing it. I choose to make it easy and honest and give a flat fee with the exception of the 4.167% Hawaii state tax and as of recent a nominal gas fee of $20. This includes a beautifully set table with candles, florals, Polynesian flatware, Tikitorches, ON-SITE KITCHEN set up and staffing for your wonderful event, which is staged on one of Maui’s world famous beaches… Due to the economy (and everyone trying to stretch ones dollar for ones enjoyment) I have not adjusted my prices, though, for parties of 6 or more, 1 staff will be added to cost.

I feel that the wedding banquet is one of the most important elements of your perfect day. Your “FEAST ON THE BEACH” is not simply a meal, but an EVENT that will be remembered forever…all for less than a simple helicopter ride might cost…so…imagine your toes wiggling in the sand as a warm Island breeze make the torches twinkle in the eyes of your loved one’s. I sound the conch shell for sunset as waves lap at the shore only feet away. Starting a bit before sunset so that all may experience the majesty of “Natures Cinema’ play out above you as you enjoy boisterous to intimate conversations with that special someone, family and friends or during a business engagement. Maybe even an acoustic musician and or hula dancers swaying with the palms… NO CEILINGS…NO WALLS…NO WORRIES…(alright!!!).

My prices are as simple as this; on a per person basis including all that is needed:

Plus 4.167% Hawaii State Tax. GRATUITY is ALWAYS up to the guest.
